Canvas V1 Balisong Trainer Print Files

The canvas balisong platform is made for flippers and designers. This trainer takes cheap metric hardware commonly found on amazon or aliex making the balisong easily accessible to many 3d printing and balisong enthusiasts. A fusion project file will be included for those who want to customize the look and experiment with the design.

Hardware needed:
2x m3 12mm screws with nuts
2x m5 12mm screws with nuts
3x of any size m3 screws for blade weight

3D printing settings:
For blade, draw seams in the indents (inside of pivot hole and on tang nipple)

For handle, draw seam anywhere on bottom of handle. optionally, put supports underneath the screw area. Optionally, make one handle print clockwise and the other counterclockwise.

Assembly: Put alignment pegs inside the square holes in handles, and then put squiggle binding spring in the slot in the handle (put one side in first and then compress to fit other side in. Press other handle on top and it should snap in. The oval spacer/washer goes on before m5 nut.
